Argumentative Essay

      Today in class we wrote an argumentative essay. The essay was about how a local university was considering doing a 48 hour ban on all first year students cell phones. They were planning on doing this to give the students time to get to know each other, and their new school.

Nosedive

      Today we watched an episode from "Black Mirror" called nosedive. The episode was about like a futuristic point in life, where people had something in their eye that they could use to rate people on their phone. These ratings were determined by your status, how much money you have, and how you treat people. I think that's a pretty stupid way to live life, but it's just a show.
